Terms of Service

TalkNeest · Android app com.talkneest.app · Effective 2 September 2026

These Terms are the agreement between you and TalkNeest for the TalkNeest app and the website at talkneest.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Age is confirmed at sign-up and we delete accounts that belong to minors. You are responsible for keeping your password and your device secure.

The Service is provided for entertainment only. Games, scores and leaderboards are casual play with no cash value, and nothing in the Service is a prize, a wager or a source of income.

2. Your account

3. Community rules — zero tolerance

Zero tolerance for objectionable content, abusive behaviour or sexual content. Sexual content and nudity, hate speech, harassment, threats, graphic violence, self-harm promotion, spam and illegal trade are not allowed — in clips, posts, comments, voice notes, profiles, bios or messages.

Every clip, comment and profile has a Report option with the categories Sexual Content, Nudity, Harassment, Hate Speech and Spam. Once three different people have reported the same clip or comment it is hidden automatically while it waits for review, and one account counts once per item. Accounts that keep breaking these rules are removed, and payments tied to them are not refundable. You can also block anyone: their clips and comments leave your feed and they cannot message you.

4. Your content

5. Free service and purchases

6. AI accounts

Some accounts are automated AI chatbots, not people, and are labelled as such. Their replies are generated by software and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for advice, and do not share passwords, financial details, government ID numbers or health information in any chat.

7. Moderation and enforcement

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for a breach of these Terms, a risk to other users or to us, prolonged inactivity, or where a partner or authority requires it. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law, and the licence for copies of content already shared with other users) survive.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. You interact with other users and with AI accounts at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalkNeest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill; our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.

You agree to indemnify TalkNeest against claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TalkNeest is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where permitted, disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration, and both sides waive jury trial and class actions; you may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us. Nothing here prevents either side from seeking injunctive relief, or you from using a small-claims court or your local consumer authority where the law gives you that right.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the "Effective" date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes are notified in the app or by email. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms. Questions: support@talkneest.com · legal: legal@talkneest.com.
